BENEFICIATED POLYMER AGENT "TNGGS"
One of the main effective methods of drilling mud handling ability maintenance during well drilling is their chemical treating using polymer agents. Use of polymer agents promotes obtaining of drilling muds with stable handling ability and to increase thermal stability of their salts. One of such agents is the beneficiated polymer agent "TNGGS".
Production of modified polymer agent "TNGGS" applies special preparation technology distinguishing from previously applied polymer agent foreign production methods. It is notable for application of simplified production techniques and reduced energy resources consumption, as well as polymer agent preparation time.
Beneficiated polymer agent "TNGGS" should be produced according to instruction manual approved in accordance with the established procedure and should comply with the requirements of these technical specifications.
Beneficiated polymer agent "TNGGS" shall comply by the sensory characteristics and physiochemical parameters with the requirements specified in the following Table:

As table data show, fresh and salt clay drilling muds with minimum filter value can be prepared by means of beneficiated polymer agent "TNGGS". With increase in polymer agent "TNGGS" concentration, reduction of studied clay drilling mud filter value is observed.
