Tanks of this model have the oval form with big cooling area that allows to use compressors of high efficiency. The hatch of such tank can be opened both vertically, and it is horizontal that facilitates access to the tank. Thanks to this feature of design such tanks are ideally suited for milk rooms with low ceilings.

Advantages

At decrease in temperature milk becomes sensitive to mechanical influence and therefore blades of the mixers used by us work at the minimum turns. The arrangement of blades is picked specially up for minimization of hit of air in milk to avoid education in it free fatty acids. Besides, distribution of the low temperature created at the bottom of the tank on all volume of milk, happens in two minutes that helps to provide quick chilling.
