ENAMEL CHOCOLATE

Enamel the new house represents suspension of dioxide of the titan of a rutilny form and other pigments and fillers in a pentaphtol varnish with addition of a sikkativ and solvents.

Scope: Enamel is applied at construction and repair, to coloring of the metal, wooden and other surfaces which are exposed to atmospheric actions and also to molar works in rooms. Enamel is one of the best developments in group of the alkidny paints and varnishes used in various climatic zones. The film of enamel is steady against change of temperature from -50 °C to +60 °C, well protects a surface and gives it an excellent esthetic look.

Application conditions: Before application enamel should be mixed carefully and if necessary to dilute solventy, ufyt-alcohol or their mix in the ratio 1:1. For coloring of a product dispersion add a thinner to enamel. Enamel is applied with method of dispersion or a brush on the dry surface which is previously cleared of dust, fatty pollution, a rust, scale and other.

Preparation of a surface: Surfaces have to be pure and dry. Metal surfaces clear of a rust and scale, degrease solvent (ufyt-alcohol), cover with a primer. Wooden surfaces are scraped, ground. Earlier painted surfaces clear of the old exfoliated covering and grind. From fatty and other pollution the surface is washed water with soap, laundry detergent or solution of soda (1st.l soda on 1 l. water). The surfaces which are earlier covered with chalk or limy paints clear before full removal of an old covering.

Enamel consumption on one layer: 10-200ú/sq.m.

Drying time: Each layer of enamel 24 hours at t ° dry 18-20 °C.

Storage conditions: Enamel is stored in densely closed container, far from devices of heating, electric devices, foodstuff, in places inaccessible for children, protected from moisture and direct sunshine.
