Fittings

Fittings construction - bars of a periodic profile from hot-rolled steel. It is applied in construction to production of the base, strengthening of concrete at production of ZhBK.
The construction fittings of a periodic profile - represent cores at which cross ledges (corrugation) are evenly located on a surface for the best coupling with concrete. Construction fittings smooth - round cores with the smooth surface which does not have a corrugation for the best coupling with concrete.
The fittings are manufactured in cores (bar) or hanks (bay) and designation is subdivided into classes: A-I (A240) - fittings with a smooth surface, the classes A-VI (A1000), A-V (A800), A-IV (A600), A-III (A400), A-II(A300) - with a corrugated surface.
The fittings construction GOST 5781-82 classes A-I (A240) are manufactured by diameter of a profile f6mm; f8mm; f10mm; f12mm; f14m m; f16mm; f18mm; f20mm; f22mm; f25mm; f28mm; f32mm; f36mm; f40mm and brand became (St3kp, St3ps, St3sp). The fittings construction GOST 5781-82 classes A-III (A400) are manufactured by diameter of a profile f6mm; f8mm; f10mm; f12mm; f14mm; f16mm; f18mm; f20mm; f22mm; f25mm; f28mm; f32mm; f36mm; f40mm and brand became (35GS, 25G2S, 32g2rps). The fittings construction the class A-III A500C state standard specification 5781-82/CTO ASChM 7-93 are manufactured by diameter of a profile f6mm; f8mm; f10mm; f12mm; f14mm; f16mm; f18mm; f20mm; f22mm; f25mm; f28mm; f32mm; f36mm; f40mm.
