Gozinaki - east sweet from nuts, grain (for example, pearl-barley) or the sunflower seeds welded with honey or sugar. Usually nuts are previously fried on a dry frying pan or with oil addition, and then connected to caramel. To the turned-out weight allow to stiffen completely then cut on pieces.
