Micanite flexible GFK-TT

The main scope of glued mica materials - production of isolation of windings of electrical machines of a high voltage (generators, electric motors), and also the cars of a low voltage of heat-resistant execution and cars working under trying conditions operation.
Micanites represent the solid or flexible sheet materials received by pasting of leaflets of shchepany mica (white mica, phlogopite or mixes of these micas) by means of shellac, gliftalevy, kremniyorganichesky and other pitches or varnishes on the basis of these pitches.
Main types of micanites - collector, pro-masonry, forming and flexible. Collector and pro-masonry treat group of solid micanites which after bonding of mica are exposed to pressing with the increased specific pressure and heating. These micanites possess smaller shrinkage on thickness and have big density. Forming and flexible micanites have more friable structure and have smaller density.
Flexible steklomikanit - sheet material, flexible at the room temperature. It represents a kind of flexible micanite which differs in the increased mechanical tensile strength and the increased heat stability. Flexible steklomikanit produce from the leaflets of shchepany mica phlogopite which are stuck together with each other kremniyorganichesky or oil gliftalevymi by the varnishes forming flexible heat-resistant films.
