Description

PERFEKTBUILD36® is a liquid additive for retarded set and ensuring plasticity. Use for production of uniform and high-quality concrete. Promotes increase of forces of durability on a bend, gives very high resistance to damages owing to action of cycles of freezing and thawing, also provides lower need for water for a workability and slows down a skhvatyvaniye. Does not contain chlorine, does not cause corrosion of fittings.

Properties: PERFEKTBUILD36® - provides to concrete such characteristics as a high-quality reoplastichnost (viscosity and a nerasshcheplyaemost), durability, impermeability and universal stability (the high module of elasticity, low values of compression and stretching), density of material makes 1,077 kg/dm3.

Packing: It is delivered in canisters on 20 kg and on pouring.

The expense makes: 0,8 - 1,6 kg of PERFEKTSUPERBUILD36® on 100 kg of cement. In more special cases it is possible to change a dosage. In particular, at application in hot climatic conditions, for ensuring necessary viability it is possible to use higher dosage.

Application

PERFEKTBUILD 36 ® - is added to concrete together with water for a zatvoreniye smesi.perfektbuild 36 becomes more effective if it is added after filling of 60-70% of water. It is not recommended to add PERFEKTBUILD36® to dry filler and cement since the result will be negative. PERFEKTBUILD36® can be applied in combination with the any kinds of cement meeting the requirements of the ASTM standard.

Storage

Period of storage at a temperature is not lower about 12 months + ^{50 C}. To defreeze the frozen product of PERFEKTBUILD36® at ^{a temperature of 300} With, and then to mix before acquisition of a liquid state by it.
