Description
JOINT VENTURE OF LTD COMPANY METAL-POLYMER TECHNOLOGIES is the enterprise for production of unloading hatches of gondola cars. On purpose increase of competitiveness and improvement of quality of production the enterprise it is certified on Quality management system according to requirements of the international ISO standard of 9001:2008 g.
The cover of the hatch of gondola cars is an accessory and is intended for installation on 4-axis gondola cars.
Such unit of railway production as gondola car hatch cover - the integral element of the gondola car in which transportations are very popular owing to rather low price, optimum speed and a quality cargo transportation for considerable distances. The cover of the hatch of the half-car is intended for unloading of the loose freights loaded into the gondola car from above. Gondola cars differ from all other cars for transportation of freight by the fact that they have no roof.
In Uzbekistan by rail transportation mainly eight-wheel gondola cars, depending on character of the freight (loose, lump, piece and other freights) transported in it, not demanding protection against an atmospheric precipitation are used.
Material of performance of the bearing elements of a design of gondola cars - steel. Raskosa, the top part and racks of gondola cars are carried out from a bent profile, material of the lower binding - a rolling corner. The body of gondola cars is usually supplied with uvyazochny rings by means of which fastening of lengthy and piece freights, by ladders, footboards and hand-rail outside is carried out.
