Adults accept on an empty stomach 300 g of the cleared seeds in the small portions within 1 hour, in 3 hours give depletive, then in half an hour, irrespective of function of intestines, give an enema. To children appoint to day reception: at the age of 3-4 years - 75 g, 5-7 years - 100 g, 8-10 years - 150 g, 10-15 years - 200-250 g.
