RUBBER EPDM SEALANT

The main property of EPDM rubber is its unique resistance to influence of heat, ozone and weather conditions.
Rubber EPDM sealant, represented by a row, have the low force of closing, high efficiency, it is used in places of glass connections or sealants. The adjacent surface is developed so that fastened to a tree, plastic and the painted surface thanks to what these a sealant have broad application.

Properties of a product:

• the skin with structure of the closed cells, is covered with a protective layer thanks to what the sealant forms excellent isolation from penetration of air and infiltration of water
• range of working temperatures from -40 °C to +60 °C
• the tape flypaper has the built-in grid preventing extension and improving fastening
• water absorption < 3% (в соответствии с нормой ASTM D 1056)
• excellent resistance to aging under the influence of environment factors
• ozone resistance – lack of cracks at 50% of 5% of pphm of 20% expansion @38 °C in 70 hours of ISO 1431-2
• excellent resistance to influence of UV rays
• period of storage one year from the date of production
