Sleeves the pressure head soaking - up GOST 5398 - 76
Sleeves the pressure head soaking - up GOST 5398 - 76 with a textile framework are applied to absorption and forcing of various liquids, fuels, oils on an oil basis and gases. The sleeve which is soaking up consists of several layers: internal rubber, one or several layers of a textile framework and external rubber. A sleeve pressure head consist of several layers: internal rubber, one or several layers of a textile framework and external of rubber.
Sleeves pressure head soaking up happen two types: smooth and corrugated.
Groups:
I - the sleeve which is soaking up (pressure parameters: vacuum - 0,08 MPas (0,8 atm))
II - a sleeve pressure head soaking up (pressure parameters: vacuum — 0,08 MPas (0,8atm), a pressure — 0,3; 0,5 and 1,0 MPas (3; 5; and 1,0 atm)).
Class | Working environment | Diameters | Length is standard | °C temperature |
In | Water technical | from 25 mm to 300 mm | 4, 6, 10 (m) | from - 35 °sdo + 90 °C |
B | Gasoline, kerosene, min. oils on an oil basis | from 25 mm to 300 mm | 4, 6, 10 (m) | from - 35 °C to + 90 °C |
KSHCH | Weak solutions of acids of alkalis concentration to 20% | from 25 mm to 300 mm | 4, 6, 10 (m) | from - 35 °C to + 90 °C |
Air, carbon dioxide, nitrogen, inert gases | from 25 mm to 300 mm | 4, 6, 10 (m) | from - 35 °C to + 90 °C | |
P | For food liquid | from 25 mm to 300 mm | 4, 6, 10 (m) | from - 35 °C to + 90 °C |
Identification number:
Sleeve of B - 2 - 25 - 10 GOST 5398 - 76, where:
B - a class (gasoline, kerosene, fuel, oils on an oil basis);
2 - group (for example, sleeves pressure head soaking up);
25 - internal diameter (mm);
10 - working pressure (kgf/cm2).
Notes:
1. Sleeves of all classes of group I have to be tight with a hydraulic pressure equal:
0,3 MPas (3 kgfs/cm2) - for sleeves with an internal diameter up to 75 mm;
0,2 MPas (2 kgfs/cm2) - for sleeves with an internal diameter over 75 mm;
2. Sleeves of classes B, B, P, KShch have to have not less, than triple margin of safety (3P) at a gap hydraulic pressure.
