The apricot is dried

Dried fruits - absolutely natural product in which there are no dyes, stabilizers, emulsifiers, nitrites and artificial additives. Actually it is the same fruit, only without water. Of course, in the course of drying the part of vitamins is inevitably lost, but only part. While valuable minerals, such as calcium, iron, sodium and magnesium, and also cellulose and pectin, remain in full.
Therefore dried fruits are the real natural concentrate of useful substances. So, for example, only 50 g of dried cherry are capable to satisfy daily need for cobalt, B6 vitamin and magnesium, and several fruits of dried apricots - in potassium and iron.
