One-stage centrifugal pumps of linear type are manufactured with use of standard engines and mechanical consolidation.
Flanges of the pump are designed according to PN 16 pressure class compatible to DIN 2533. The soaking-up and final flanges are identical and located on one axis. Both flanges are equipped with tape oils.
The single-door closed driving wheel is equipped with back rings for balancing of draft and dynamically balanced.
The engine is connected to the pump by the adapter and a flange.
The shaft of the engine is connected to a pump shaft a special clip. In case of installation of engines with a power above a certain value, the pump and shaft of the engine connect the separate rigid coupling.
The pump shaft, the engine and other details can be removed, without replacing the soaking-up and final flanges and a spiral of the pump. Thus, installation and maintenance of pumps is carried out very easily.
The standard asynchronous engine is used for activation of the pump.
In the pumps NMM pumps prevent leak by mechanical consolidation. All radial and axial efforts are supported by the engine bearing.
