The characteristic of a double-glazed window depends on type of glass which in it is used:

Low-emissivity glass. differs in the special hard coating providing passing of solar energy in the building and interfering an exit of long-wave thermal radiation from the room outside.

The tempered glass has high thermal and mechanical durability. As a rule, production of double-glazed windows with glasses of this kind allows to provide the products meeting increased requirements of safety

Triplex represents laminated glass in which there is a polymeric film which does not allow dispersal of splinters at mechanical damage of a window. The main pluses of such glasses - safety and the increased sound insulation.

Reflex glass is light-protective thanks to a covering from metal oxide. Has effect of a smooth surface and protects the room from the ultra-violet radiation of the sun.
