LLC BIG-PLAST offers hi-tech three-layer PE a film for packing of dairy products (milk, sour cream, kefir, yogurts, etc.).
One of the main objectives for producers of milk - to make period of storage it longer and to pack a product into strong packing.
When using a three-layer polyethylene film period of storage of pasteurized milk increases twice (from 36 to 72 o'clock and even 120 hours, practically without loss of useful vitamins and minerals) in comparison with application of single-layer films that in turn significantly expands possibilities of transportation, storage and sales of products. Thickness of such films makes 70-90 microns.
Magnificent physicomechanical indicators: durability at stretching in both directions, relative lengthening at a gap, resistance to shock loadings (friction, a puncture) on average exceeds similar single-layer materials by 2,5-3,5 times.
Minimum requirements to the packing equipment
Fine consumer properties: Gloss, brightness, luster and contrast of the put press.
