Gipsoplita KNAUF standard

The Plasterboard KNAUF-list (PKL) represents a rectangular element which consists of two layers of a special cardboard with a layer from the plaster test with the reinforcing additives, at the same time side edges of a strip zafaltsovyvatsya by edges of a cardboard (a front layer).

The Plasterboard KNAUF-listy (PKL) are issued with different types of edges. The main of them: a straight line (personal computer), utonenny (UK), semicircular and utonenny from the face (PLUK).

To formation of the core it is applied plaster knitting the G4 brands in accordance with GOST 125-79.

Other major component of the plasterboard KNAUF-lista (PKL) is the facing cardboard which coupling with the core is provided due to use of the gluing additives. The cardboard carries out a role as the reinforcing framework, and a fine basis for putting any finishing material (plaster, wall-paper, paint, a ceramic tile, etc.). On the physical and hygienic properties the cardboard is ideal for premises.

The Plasterboard KNAUF-listy (PKL) are issued according to GOST 6266-97 and meet the German standards (DIN 18 180).

At each plasterboard KNAUF-liste (PKL) there is a symbol which consists from:

· alphabetic reference of a type of a leaf;

· designations of group of a leaf;

· designations like longitudinal edges of a leaf;

· the figures designating the nominal length, width and thickness of a leaf in millimeters;

· designations of the standard.

Identification number of usual gypsum plasterboard of group A, with utonenny edges, 2500 mm long, 1200 mm wide and 12,5 mm thick:

GOST 6266-97 GKL-A-UK-2500h1200h12,5.

Scope

It is applied to the device of easy interroom partitions, false ceilings, facing of walls, in buildings and rooms with dry and normal moisture conditions on Construction Norms and Regulations 23-02-2003, and also to production of decorative and sound-absorbing products.

Process of application includes the following main stages of works:

Marking of design provision of a design from the plasterboard KNAUF-listov (PKL).

Installation of a framework from KNAUF-profilya for fastening of the plasterboard KNAUF-listov (PKL).

Installation and fixing of the plasterboard KNAUF-listov (PKL) on a framework.

Seal of seams between the plasterboard KNAUF-listami (PKL) and deepenings from screws KNAUF-Fugen hard putty (Fugenfyuller).

Priming of a surface under finishing coverings.
