The construction tempered glass

The tempered glass (red-hot glass) represents the sheet glass having the increased thermal and mechanical durability that is reached by special heat treatment. During creation of various architectural objects the construction tempered glass is used.

Production of the tempered glass - process rather difficult, consisting of several stages. Initial stages practically coincide with stages of production of usual glass, and the final stage is the most important and means directly training of a product.

Glass on the special equipment is tempered. Glass heats up to temperature of 600-720C, and then is sharply cooled by means of the air arriving from system of blowers under big pressure.
